Every message here reaches the person who would actually run your project, not a queue. Tell us what you are trying to achieve, what you have already tried, and roughly when you need it live. Those three lines are usually enough for us to reply with a real answer instead of a request for a meeting to find out what you meant.
We reply within one business day, and the first reply says plainly whether this is something we can do well. If your problem is better solved by a tool you already pay for, or by a specialist we are not, we will say so — an honest no costs us one enquiry, and a badly-fitted yes costs both of us a project.
What happens after you send this
No part of this requires a signature, and none of it is automated — the same person answers each step.
A reply within one business day
From the person who would run the work, not an account manager. It will either answer your question or name exactly what is missing before we can.
A short discovery call
Thirty to forty-five minutes, free, to look at your current site, ad accounts or process and establish the numbers we would be starting from.
A written scope and price
What we would do, in what order, at what cost, with the assumptions listed. If we cannot price something honestly yet, it is quoted as a paid discovery step rather than buried in an estimate.
Start, with a baseline recorded
Work begins only after the starting numbers are written down, so at the end of the engagement there is something concrete to measure the result against.
Before you get in touch
Do you work with small businesses?
Yes — most of our Philippine clients are small or mid-sized businesses, often outside Metro Manila. The scope changes with the budget, not the standard: a smaller engagement means fewer channels and a narrower build, not a junior team or a slower reply.
Is the first consultation free?
Yes. The discovery call and the written scope cost nothing. We charge for a paid discovery week only when an accurate proposal genuinely requires digging into your data, analytics or codebase first — and we say so before doing it, never afterwards.
What languages do you work in?
English, Filipino and Vietnamese. Project communication is usually in English; day-to-day support in the Philippines runs in whichever of English or Filipino your team prefers, including mixed messages.
Where are you based?
Head office is in Da Nang, Vietnam, with the Philippine operation run remotely and on site for discovery and launch when a project needs it. The same team serves both markets, which is why timelines do not stall waiting for another office.
What information should we include?
Your website or page links, what outcome you want, any budget range you already have in mind, and your timeline. If you have analytics or ad account access, mentioning it lets the first reply be specific rather than general.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within one to two weeks of an agreed scope. Campaign work and AI agent deployments can start sooner because they do not wait on design; a full build waits for the discovery step to finish, since starting one without a baseline is how projects end up unmeasurable.
Do you take over work another agency started?
Yes, and it is common. The first task is an inventory of what exists and who holds the accounts, because the usual blocker is not the code but access nobody transferred. We tell you what is recoverable and what has to be rebuilt before quoting the work.
