IT Solutions that accelerate digital transformation

Smart, secure and flexible software platforms — built exactly for how your business operates.

How an IT engagement works here

Most businesses that come to us do not need new software so much as they need to stop paying for the same work twice. Orders arrive on Messenger, get copied into a spreadsheet, then copied again into an invoice, and every copy is a chance to lose a customer. The first thing we do is map that path end to end and write down how many minutes a day it costs. That number is what the build is measured against later, and it is written before any proposal exists.

From there the work is deliberately narrow. We build the one system that removes the most manual steps, hand it to your team, and only extend once it is being used daily. Everything runs on Next.js and Node on infrastructure registered in your name, so the code, the database and the deployment keys belong to you from the first commit rather than after a negotiation at the end.

What is delivered

Every IT engagement ships these four things, whatever the scope.

A working system, not a prototype

Deployed on your own hosting with a domain you control, monitoring switched on, and a rollback path we have actually tested rather than assumed.

Integrations to what you already run

Your CRM, accounting, payment gateway or courier API connected through documented endpoints, so data moves once instead of being retyped between systems.

Handover documentation

Setup, environment variables, database schema and the runbook for the three things most likely to break, written for whoever maintains it after us.

Source code and accounts in your name

Repository, servers, database and deployment access transferred before launch. Ending the engagement never means losing the asset.

Questions we get before an IT project starts

Can you work with the system we already have?

Usually yes, and it is normally cheaper. Rebuilding is only worth it when the current platform blocks the fix — no API, no access to the database, or a codebase nobody can deploy safely. We check that first and tell you which of the three applies, because the honest answer decides the budget.

How long does a typical build take?

A focused internal tool takes four to eight weeks. A company website with CMS and integrations takes six to ten. Anything quoted at two weeks is either very small or the estimate has left out testing, data migration and handover, which is where projects actually overrun.

What happens after launch?

You choose. Some clients take the code and run it with their own developer, which is why the handover pack exists. Others keep us on a monthly retainer for maintenance, security updates and small changes. Both are priced separately from the build so you are never locked in by default.

Do you host the system for us?

We set up the hosting in your account and configure it, rather than putting your business on infrastructure we own. It costs the same, and it means a disagreement with us never becomes an outage for you. We will manage that infrastructure on request.

Can you work alongside our internal IT team?

Yes, and it usually shortens the project. Your team knows the systems, the data and the exceptions nobody documented. We agree who owns which part in writing at the start — normally we build and they operate, or we advise and they build — because the failure mode is two teams each assuming the other is handling deployment.
