Careers
We hire for judgement more than for a list of frameworks. The work here involves clients whose businesses depend on what we ship, so the people who do well are the ones who ask what a feature is for before building it, and who say plainly when a plan will not survive contact with production.
Openings are listed below. If none of them matches you but you can point at work you have shipped, write anyway — several people on the team joined through an unsolicited message with a link to something they had built, not through a posted role.
AI Agent Engineer
Build and tune AI agents on the Waebox platform: knowledge bases, retrieval, channel integrations and the escalation rules that decide when a human takes over.
Full-Stack Developer (Next.js)
Build client web products end to end in Next.js and Node, from the data model to the deployment, for businesses that run on what you ship.
SEO Specialist
Run technical audits, on-page fixes and content plans for client sites, reporting from Search Console data the client can open themselves.
Digital Marketing Executive
Plan and run paid campaigns across Google, Meta and TikTok against agreed cost-per-result targets, including tracking setup and monthly reporting.
UX/UI Designer
Design product and marketing interfaces for the Vietnamese and Philippine markets, working from the same brief as the engineers who build them.
Content Creator — AI Agent
Produce multi-channel content about AI agents and digital transformation, in English and Filipino, for both our own channels and client accounts.
How we work
Small teams, whole problems
You own a piece of work from the brief through to production, rather than receiving tickets. That includes talking to the client when talking to the client is the fastest way to unblock it.
Remote-friendly, not remote-absent
Most roles can be done remotely with a fixed overlap window. What is not optional is being reachable during that window and writing things down where the rest of the team can find them.
Measured, not guessed
Work here is judged on what it moved, not on how it looked in review. That is easier than it sounds: the baseline is written down before the work starts, for your project as for the client's.
Learning paid for, not promised
Courses, certifications and conference tickets relevant to your role are covered. In exchange we expect what you learn to end up in the team's documentation rather than staying in one head.
Questions candidates ask
Do you hire fresh graduates?
For junior roles, yes, and we care more about what you have actually built than where you studied. A small finished project you can explain in detail counts for far more than a long list of technologies you have read about.
Is the role remote or on site?
Most engineering and marketing roles are remote or hybrid with an agreed overlap window. Roles involving studio production, livestream or hardware need on-site time in Da Nang, and the posting says so rather than leaving it to be discovered at offer stage.
What does the hiring process look like?
A short screening call, one technical or portfolio conversation, and a paid trial task sized to a few hours. We pay for the trial because unpaid take-home work of a real size is asking candidates to fund our hiring.
Can I apply for more than one role?
Yes. Tell us which one is your first choice and why, so the conversation starts in the right place instead of averaging across two profiles that need different questions.
How long until I hear back?
Within one week of applying, including when the answer is no. Candidates who reached the trial task always get specific feedback, because a silent rejection after real work is the part of hiring that most deserves to be fixed.
