Project & Activity Gallery

This gallery is a working record rather than a portfolio reel. Each image below comes from a project or a product the team actually shipped: a platform in production, a service line we run every month, or a piece of work delivered for a client in the Philippines or Vietnam. Where a project is under a confidentiality agreement, we show the interface and describe the outcome instead of naming the company.

If something here matches what you are trying to build, the fastest next step is to tell us which image and what your version needs to do differently. Most engagements begin exactly that way, and it saves a discovery call spent explaining a brief that a screenshot already answers.

What you are looking at

AI Agent platform

AI Agent platform

The customer-facing agent stack: knowledge base, channel connectors and conversation logs, deployed for businesses answering repeated questions on Messenger and web chat.

The Waebox team

The Waebox team

Engineers, marketers and designers working from Da Nang and remotely across the Philippines. The same team runs both markets, which is why work moves between them without a handover.

Digital marketing delivery

Digital marketing delivery

Campaign work across Google, Meta and TikTok, planned against a cost-per-result target agreed before launch rather than a monthly impression count.

IT and software projects

IT and software projects

Internal systems, company websites and integrations built in Next.js and Node, deployed onto infrastructure registered in the client's own name.

SEO programmes

SEO programmes

Technical audits, on-page rewrites and publishing calendars, reported from the client's own Search Console rather than a slide we prepared.

Social media production

Social media production

Content calendars, graphics and short video produced a month ahead, with community management inside the same scope as the posting schedule.

Client project — commerce

Client project — commerce

A storefront with order capture, courier integration and automated status updates, built so orders from chat and from the site land in one queue.

Client project — services

Client project — services

A booking and enquiry flow for a service business, with the follow-up messages triggered by what the customer did rather than by a calendar date.

Client project — content

Client project — content

A publishing platform with structured data, hreflang and sitemaps configured so a bilingual site is indexed as one property instead of two competing ones.

Delivery and handover

Delivery and handover

Every project ends the same way: repositories, accounts and deployment access transferred, with a runbook for whoever maintains the work next.

Questions about the work shown here

Can we see the live sites behind these projects?

For public work, yes — ask and we will send the links. Some clients are under confidentiality agreements, and in those cases we can walk you through the interface on a call without naming the business. We would rather decline a name than break an agreement, including yours later.

Are these built by an in-house team?

Yes. Design, engineering and marketing are all in-house across Da Nang and the Philippines. Nothing shown here was outsourced to a third party we cannot reach when something breaks at eleven at night.

Can you build something similar for our budget?

Often a smaller version, yes. Most of these started narrower than they look now: one system that removed the most manual work, extended only after it was being used daily. Tell us the outcome you need and we will say what fits the budget and what does not.

How current is this gallery?

It is refreshed as projects go live and as clients approve being shown. If you want to see the most recent work in your specific industry, ask us directly — not everything reaches this page immediately, particularly work still under review.

Can we license these images or the designs shown?

The photographs on this page are ours and are not licensed separately. Designs and interfaces created for a client belong to that client, so we cannot pass them on. If you like a particular treatment, tell us which one and we will build the equivalent for your brand rather than reuse someone else's asset.
