Email Marketing & ZNS — High-conversion channels

Automate email & Zalo ZNS campaigns based on user behavior.

How the messaging programme works

Broadcast blasts to an entire list stopped working years ago, and they cost you the list itself: every irrelevant send trains inboxes to filter you out. What still works is messages triggered by something the customer actually did — abandoned a cart, booked a demo, bought sixty days ago and went quiet. Those messages land because the timing makes them relevant, and they can be measured one by one.

The first month is mostly plumbing. Domain authentication, list cleaning, unsubscribe handling and consent records are dull and they decide whether anything arrives at all. Once delivery is healthy, we build the journeys one at a time, measure reply and conversion per journey, and retire the ones that do not earn their send.

Measure & optimize

What is set up and run

Deliverability first, then journeys, each measured separately.

Deliverability and list hygiene

SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured, invalid addresses removed, and bounce handling in place so your domain reputation stops sinking.

Behaviour-triggered journeys

Welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, re-engagement and win-back flows, each triggered by an event rather than a calendar date.

Zalo ZNS and transactional messages

Order confirmations, delivery updates and service reminders sent through approved templates, so operational messages never sit in a spam folder.

Per-journey reporting

Delivery, open, reply and conversion rates broken down by journey, so you can see which flow earns its keep and which one is noise.

Questions about email and ZNS

Our open rates are terrible. Where do we start?

With deliverability, not with the copy. If authentication is missing or the list contains dead addresses, even a perfect email lands in spam. We measure inbox placement first, fix the technical side, and only then argue about subject lines.

Can you send to a list we bought?

No. Purchased lists produce complaints, and complaints get your sending domain blocked for the addresses that did opt in. We would rather rebuild a smaller consented list than burn the domain your invoices are also sent from.

What is ZNS and do we need it?

Zalo Notification Service delivers transactional messages — order confirmations, appointment reminders, delivery updates — through approved templates. It matters if you serve Vietnamese customers, where Zalo is read far more reliably than email. For a purely Philippine audience, email and Messenger usually cover it.

How many emails a month is too many?

Frequency matters less than relevance. A weekly message people expect performs better than a monthly one they forgot subscribing to. We watch unsubscribe and complaint rates per journey and cut the send that pushes them up, rather than picking a number in advance.

Who owns the list and the templates?

You do. The sending platform is set up under your account with your billing, and the templates, journeys and contact records are exportable at any point. Nothing about the programme depends on us staying.

Can you migrate our existing list and templates?

Yes. The list is imported with invalid and long-inactive addresses quarantined rather than deleted, so you can see what was removed and why. Templates are rebuilt rather than copied, because most old templates carry the tracking and layout problems that pushed deliverability down in the first place.

Do transactional messages need separate approval?

Zalo ZNS templates are reviewed and approved before they can send, which takes a few working days and occasionally a rewrite when wording strays from what the template category allows. We prepare and submit them, and we build the fallback path — email or SMS — so an order confirmation still reaches the customer while a template is in review.
