POD Fulfillment — Print on demand
Design – production – delivery of personalized products, domestic and global.
How print on demand is run here
Print on demand removes inventory risk, and replaces it with two new risks most sellers discover late: production quality drifting between batches, and orders that pile up in three places at once. The first is handled by proofing every new design on the actual garment and ink before it goes live. The second is handled by connecting your storefronts to one order queue, so a shop, a marketplace and a Messenger order all arrive in the same list.
Margins in this business live in the boring details — the size of the print area, whether a design needs one pass or three, the shipping band a parcel falls into. We price those before the store opens rather than after the first month of sales, because a design that looks fine on screen can cost more to print than the product sells for.

What the service covers
Design through production and delivery, with one order queue behind it.
Design preparation and proofing
Artwork prepared to the print specification, with a physical proof on the real product before a design is allowed to go on sale.
Production and quality control
Printing on apparel, mugs, prints and notebooks, with per-batch checks so colour and placement stay consistent across reorders.
One centralised order queue
Storefronts, marketplaces and manual orders feeding a single list, with status synced back so customers are not told two different things.
Fulfilment and tracking
Packing, courier handover and tracking numbers pushed back to the buyer automatically, domestic and for cross-border orders.
Questions about POD fulfilment
What is the minimum order?
One. That is the point of print on demand — production is triggered by a real sale, so there is no stock to fund and nothing to write off if a design does not sell. Unit cost is higher than bulk printing, which is the trade you are making.
How long from order to delivery?
Typically one to three days in production plus courier time, longer for multi-colour designs or peak season. We publish the real range on the product page rather than an optimistic one, because a missed promise costs more than a slower promise.
Can you print designs we already have?
Yes, provided the source file is high enough resolution and you hold the rights. We check the file at the specification stage and tell you what needs redrawing. Low-resolution artwork is the single most common reason a first batch disappoints.
Do you connect to our existing store?
Yes. Shopify, WooCommerce and marketplace orders can feed the same queue, and status flows back so buyers see one truthful update. Manual orders from Messenger can be entered into the same list so nothing lives only in a chat thread.
What happens with returns and misprints?
Misprints are ours: reprinted and reshipped without arguing about it, because the fault is in production. Customer-side returns follow the policy your store publishes, and we will help write one that is workable for personalised goods, which cannot simply be restocked.
Can you ship internationally?
Yes, with the caveat that customs and courier rules decide the real cost and timeline, not the print. We publish shipping bands per destination so a buyer sees the total before checkout, and we flag the destinations where duties make a low-value item not worth shipping at all.
